Tour is starting to blend together. Every day seems like the last. I can’t remember what happened two days ago and I find it hard to differentiate between yesterday and today. I’m not trying to say that tour isn’t any fun, or that I’m not enjoying myself, it’s just that doing the same thing day in and day out tends to blend together a bit even if you’re in a different city each day. Even that constant change locale contributes to the blending together of each day.

I know everyone loves the usual detail in our blogs, but I am finding it increasingly harder to remember all the details. Charlie usually covers everything pretty well, so I’ll just leave all the details to him. I am going to try to concentrate on the general experience instead, maybe.

We’ve yet to meet anyone who wasn’t really nice. Everyone we’ve stayed with so far have been exceedingly hospitable and super friendly, offering up their homes and food and showers to us as if they’ve known us forever. Meeting all these great people has helped elevate my opinion of mankind greatly.

Most of my life I have been under the impression that most of the human population on this earth consisted of morons, assholes and crooks. A very bleak outlook, I know, but most of my experiences of the world outside of my little home town presented the rest of the United States as one big shit hole where everyone is out to get you or unwilling to help. Thanks to the unbelievable kindness of all those who have helped us on our way across this diverse country, however, my view on the world is definitely improving.

Though, I will have to reserve my final judgment on humanity until after I’ve been through New York.
